It is what it is. If you order from here expecting gourmet chinese food of sit down restaurant quality than you will be disappointed. If you are just looking for a quick chinese food fix than this place is solid. Also one big thing is you can order online so nothing gets lost in translation.

Food is average but this is why I won't be ordering from them again: EXTREMELY poor service. Was told food would be ready in 20 mins... went to pick it up, and they didn't even print out the order yet. We called back 20 minutes later... still haven't started making the food. We asked them to start making the food - the person who responded the phone actually responded, "I have to check and see if we can do that." No apology at all. I understand there are busy nights, but that doesn't mean customer service goes out the window and lying repeatedly is ok. Will not be ordering from them again.

A good chinese food place all things considered. They don't overcharge you and the quality of food is pretty good, too. They are normally really good with delivery time and you don't get cold food. ...?

Yes, it's a fast food Chinese restaurant - but when that's what you want they're great. The food is good and I love the staff - friendly, accommodating, quick. Better than many others in the area.?
